• Image workstations and laptops using Ghost
• Prepare workstations and laptops to be shipped or deployed to the field or local office site
• Perform PC upgrades
• Travel to field sites to perform PC or Laptop upgrades when needed
• Application installations
• Support Tier II technicians with requested workstations or peripherals
• Input, update and close assigned tickets in the remedy system
• Work with the Asset Management team to assist in keeping track of deployed IT assets

• 1 year experience with PC Hardware as in; various memory types, hard drive interfaces, SATA vs. IDE, AGP vs PCI-E Video Cards ,etc
• 1 year experience working with all types of Laptop hardware and peripherals
• Experience with the following technologies; Microsoft’s Windows XP & Windows 2000 Operating Systems, MS Office XP / 2003 (Word, Excel, Outlook), Ghost ( imaging software), Remedy, Citrix 10 client,  VPN Client
• Experience disassembling and reassembling workstations

Education, Degrees, Certifications:
