 Description:

 The MS Exchange Administrator will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to resolve customer support issues and services as they relate to Exchange monitoring, performance and User Account Administration ·        

  • Provide admin level support of Exchange servers located in DC and worldwide at Posts.      
  • Monitoring performance, message queues, telegram processing systems, services and agents for proper system performance.        
  • Monitoring system components, visual inspection of equipment and displays, event items and log files.        
  • Perform hourly checks and annotate as such on daily checklist of key servers and systems within areas of responsibility.      
  • Open and properly annotate trouble ticket, recognize high priority tickets and users, and act accordingly.      
  • Diagnose and correct common Messaging Systems problems, including all advanced server hardware and software problems.      
  • Perform disaster recovery operations as necessary   

Qualifications  Experience: ·           

  • 2 Years of MS Exchange 2003 system administration experience           
  • 2 years of general system administration experience           
  • 2 Years of experience in Exchange 2003           
  • MCSE Certification and / or 4 year degree / equivalent experience
