Description:
Works with internal and external parties to organize the various components needed to initiate, run and conclude major projects. Duties include coordinating schedules and activities, placing orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results. Requires excellent communication skills knowledge of project management software. Reports directly to Program Manager but often provides assistance to project management and work product developers. The Program Coordinator is responsible for gathering data when required and producing the following artifacts with the guidance of the Program Manager; Program Artifacts:
Monthly Program Reports
Weekly SLO Reports
Program Schedule
Attendance Roster
Process Flow Diagrams
Standard Operating Procedures
IT Policy Composition
Project Artifacts:
Status Reports
Manage Project Schedule
Meeting Agenda and Minutes
Tailoring Plan
Initiation Work Product and Stage Gate Checklist
Project Charter
Risk Management Log
Work Breakdown Structure
Lessons Learned
Conduct Customer\Client Survey
Requirements Traceability Matrix
Systems Requirements Definition
System Design
Release Notes
Qualifications
Experience:
2 years of work experience
1 year experience of technical writing
Prior experience interviewing technical resources to gather data
4 years experience using Microsoft Office Products
1 year experience in marketing preferred but not required.
